00 an hour E-Commerce Team Member Description We are looking for detail oriented, computer savvy, self-starters to join our team! Bring your unique skill sets and strong work ethics to join our fast growing company! Responsibilities Creates online listing for new products using templates for new product listings Highly meticulous management of data sheets and CSVs Present products online correctly and ensures accurate display of information Analyzes product merchandising and recommends changes if needed Adapt to change with positive attitude and maintain an open mind.
Closely work with coworkers to demonstrate ability to deliver consistent results Excellent oral and written communication skills required to assist other staff members and constructively follow-up on inquiries and concerns.
Proficiency with computers and able to learn e-commerce portals.
Pick & Pack order fulfillment Resizing of product images as needed Ability to provide excellent customer service in all forms of communication (ie:
phone, email, and live chat) Qualifications This dynamic role will require you to be computer/Internet Savvy Comfortable with computers Willingness to learn new data systems Ability to finish projects with high accuracy Maintains high activity / productivity level.
Operates with vigor, effectiveness and determination over extended periods of time.
Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in Microsoft Excel is a must Ability to take directions and be able to communicate issues Capacity to learn; retain information about multiple product lines Comfortable communicating with customers of all levels via phone and email Excellent spelling and math skills High level with Word, and Excel Manages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency Photoshop not required, but is a plus Work Remotely No Job Type:
